SiriusPoint Appoints Nick Pascall as Head of London and International Casualty
New Casualty Executive Brings Extensive Industry Experience to Role

Hamilton, Bermuda - SiriusPoint Ltd. (NYSE: SPNT), a global specialty reinsurer, today announced the appointment of Nick Pascall as head of London and international casualty, effective immediately. Pascall will be responsible for leading SiriusPoint's casualty insurance business outside of the United States.
Pascall joins SiriusPoint from AXA XL Re London, where he was head of US Casualty Reinsurance. Prior to that, he held various senior underwriting roles at AIG and Marsh, where he gained extensive experience in the casualty insurance market.

Pascall holds a bachelor's degree in business studies from the University of Leeds, UK. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) and a member of the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU).
